Not able to enable SAML for Atlassian On-Demand instance. Not able to view the options in the documentation.

Hi,
I was following the documentation link http://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/How-to-Configure-SAML-2.0-for-Atlassian-Cloud.html and not able to configure SAML as per the point "Create your organization: If you haven't already, create and name your organization by navigating to: Atlassian Site Administration > Organizations & Security." .

Any other detailed documentation would help too.
