user name change

One of our users got married and wants her name changed. I changed it in AD but Okta didn't pick up the change

  Thank you for reaching out to Okta Support!
  If the username change is not reflected, the solution would be going to Directory- Profile Editor- look up the AD instance -click on Mappings- click on "Override with mapping" for the username attribute - select the AD attribute that contains the value that should be mapped- Save Mappings- Apply updates now.
  We would recommend opening up a support ticket with Okta if you would like us to review the integration that is in place and offer a tailored solution.
