My name is Silviu and I am a Technical Support Engineer (Tier II) at Okta. Is "Casebook" an App that you have integrated with Okta? If so and you did the change on the SP side, you need to speak with Casebook's Support Team. If there was a role sent from Okta, us being the Profile Master for the accounts, then you can check that on your user's profile page> Apps > Click the 'pencil' button next to the 'Casebook' App. For further information and troubleshooting, please open up a case with us and an Engineer will be available to assist you!
