Expression language - lifecycle status

I'm looking to exclude deactivated users from groups within group rules. How can I reference a user's lifecycle status (eg. Active, Deactivated) with the Okta Expression Language?

Unfortunately at this time the user status cannot be referenced through the expression language or used as a condition for group rules.
