Have ended relations with a third party vendor that used Okta and now we cant sign in to Zoho as it redirects to org.okta login landing page... help please

We no longer deal with the third party vendor and he is holding these accounts hostage.. need to be able to free them from Okta so we may continue to run our business accordingly.

Alex - we are not officially using Okta, cant seem to be able to create a case. I only made user so I could write this in the discussion board. When we try to sign into a web service, we immediately get redirected to an custom okta landing page where it wants to authenitcate the login. Not sure if there is a browser issue or what.

Hi Mitch,

Looks like this Zoho instance is configured to use Okta SSO and you need to figure out:

1) is it your Zoho instance and, if yes, use admin login to disable Okta (or reach out to Zoho support)
2) if it is not your Zoho instance then forget about it
