Issue: Where do I configure the Organizational Contact?

Applies to: 

  • Okta Administrator configuration settings

Resolution: 

Provide the contact information that Okta can use to communicate with your organization.

  • Select Settings > Account
  • Select Edit for the Organizational Contact section
  • Enter the contact information for the designated organizational contact
