Enter a Secondary Email for the affected user:
- As the admin:
- In the OKta Admin Console, navigate to Directory > People
- Click the affected user and then click the Profile tab
- Click Edit and provide an email address in the Secondary email field.
- As the affected user:
- Log into Okta
- Click your username icon at the top of the screen and click Settings
- In the Personal Information field, click Edit
- enter an email address in the Secondary email field.
