Issue: Moved user to an OU that is not connected to Okta, but the Okta account has not been deactivated as expected.

Applies To: 
  • AD Agent
  • AD Profile Master

Cause: Incremental Import does not scan disconnected OU

Resolution: 
  • Perform a full import
  • Verify that user who has been moved from connected OU to disconnected OU has been deactivated in Okta.
