Issue: Cannot log into OneDrive for Business using Okta credentials

Applies to:

  • Office 365 Federation
  • OneDrive

Cause: Microsoft has replaced the OneDrive for Business Client with the OneDrive For Business Next Generation Sync Client

Resolution: install the OneDrive For Business Next Generation Sync Client
