New Features

  • We have updated the Litmos application to Skip first login for users. As a result, Litmos users no longer see a Welcome screen along with the task to complete their profile when they log in from Okta.

As a part of this enhancement we have also added support for Account Owner Access level for the Litmos app. To take advantage of this option, you have to create a new instance of the Litmos app in your Okta org. If this is not acceptable, contact Okta Support and ask them to update your Litmos app and add Account Owner Access level. For more information about configuring user provisioning for Litmos, see Litmos Provisioning.

  • Occasionally, Okta enters maintenance mode to upgrade its infrastructure. During such periods the platform is in a read-only mode for up to 15 minutes and functionality is limited. Okta now notifies administrators in advance about planned read-only periods by displaying a banner on the Admin home page, when feasible. For more information, see Read-only Mode

iOS Support

On March 1, 2016, Okta discontinued support for iOS 7.x. Okta Customer Support will no longer investigate issues related to iOS 7. For more details see Okta Mobile and Okta Verify Supported Versions. To learn about Okta’s version support information, see our new Supported Configurations page.
