Users newly-enrolled in Okta Mobility Management – Android for Work can experience delays of a few minutes before Google Play for Work and associated apps are available in the work profile on their device. During the delay devices can still enroll in OMM and policies are enforced. Please advise your users to leave their device plugged in and Wi-Fi turned on and allow at least an hour for Google Play for Work to become available on their device.
Workaround for non-G Suite users: create a Managed Google Play Account enterprise as described in Setting up Android for Work in Okta.
