Streamline Administrative Capabilities with Delegated Help Desk Admin Role
Published: Oct 16, 2017   -   Updated: Oct 25, 2017
Current Release Status: EA
Watch Aaron Yee discuss how a new Admin Role can streamline your user management process.
Feature Highlights

Overview
This new role allows Super Admins to assign specific permissions to Help Desk Admins which will allow then perform normal Help Desk functions such as: password resets, MFA resets as well as clear user lockouts and user sessions. Because of the reduced permissions, the Help Desk Admins will not have access to certain tabs such as Directory and Applications. Super Admins can combine this with other Admin roles so they can perform additional functions.

Best Practices
  • If your Help Desk Admin needs to be able to read the Sys Log simply combine the Help Desk Admin role with the Read-Only Admin role.
