This new role allows Super Admins to assign specific permissions to Help Desk Admins which will allow then perform normal Help Desk functions such as: password resets, MFA resets as well as clear user lockouts and user sessions. Because of the reduced permissions, the Help Desk Admins will not have access to certain tabs such as Directory and Applications. Super Admins can combine this with other Admin roles so they can perform additional functions.
