Troubleshooting: Sign In Unsupported

When you start an app from your My Applications page, you might receive a "Sign-in unsupported" message. If you click on the question mark,  the following message appears:

"This app is currently in bookmark mode because Okta can't automatically sign you in with this browser. Please use a different browser to be automatically signed into this app."

This means that the application is not supported on the browser you are using. Use a different browser on which the application is fully supported.

For example, the application ADP iPayStatements is not supported on Google Chrome, but is supported on Internet Explorer and Firefox.
